For trainings, conferences and seminars with a capacity of 200 persons, the representative event rooms of the IT Center Lingen are at your disposal. The IT center is within a walking distance of approx. 2 minutes and can therefore be optimally connected to an overnight stay at the Ringhotel LOOKEN INN.

The rooms

The representative event spaces in the IT Center Lingen can be used for training, conferences and meetings. The intelligent surface and room concept can fit up to 200 people. Innovative rooms and event concepts will be individually tailored for you and your event, it includes, among other things, the design and equipment of the rented space.

In accordance with the available space, we offer comprehensive services for meetings, events and services to make optimal use of the available options. The IT center facilities are equipped with the latest technology.

The infrastructure
  • Event space for up to 200 people (can be divided into two rooms)
  • Seminar room for up to 80 people
  • A meeting room for up to 8 people
  • Foyer for exhibition, catering, reception etc.
  • Presentation technology and media: laptop, video projector, audio / videosystem, headsets and microphones, flipchart & a moderation wall.

  • Event management for internal exhibitions, seminars, information events, conferences
  • Rental of seminar and meeting rooms with equipment for media technology
  • Internet access (on request)
  • Information and help with the organization
  • Catering service for events (on request)
